Who I Help

Primarily, yes. My work is built around the experience of motherhood — the mental load, the physical demands, the identity shifts, and the very specific kind of exhaustion that comes with keeping everyone else afloat while quietly wondering when it's your turn.

That said, if you're not a mom but you're a fellow pawrent (Bear counts, and he would like you to know he takes his endorsements very seriously) or you're neurodivergent and everything on this page is making you feel seen — reach out to see if we're still a good fit.

No. But if you've ever been told you just need more motivation, more structure, or more willpower — and it still hasn't worked — you're probably in the right place.

Many of my clients are moms who don't have a formal diagnosis but recognize themselves in the patterns: all-or-nothing cycles, executive dysfunction, sensory sensitivities, burnout that doesn't resolve with rest. The label matters less than the lived experience.

Yes — this is a significant part of what I do. I'm a certified Pre- and Postnatal Coach, and I believe pregnancy and the full first year postpartum deserve real, expert support — not a generic "stay active" and a wave goodbye.

If you're trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or within your first year postpartum, the Strong As A Bear membership was designed specifically for you.

Not at all. All of my coaching is delivered virtually — through Practice Better, the 1st Phorm app, and video calls — which means geography is not a barrier. I work with clients wherever they are.

Moms who are honest with themselves about where they are, open to building something sustainable instead of chasing something perfect, and willing to show up even when the week went sideways.

You don't need to have it together. You need to be willing to keep going when you don't — and to let someone help you figure out what "going" actually looks like for your brain.

I'm probably not your person if you're looking for a rigid meal plan, a rapid weight-loss protocol, or a coach who will push you to perform regardless of what's happening in your life.

If you need quick fixes, numbers-focused tracking without the human context, or someone who leads with "no excuses" energy — I'll hold the door and wish you well. This isn't that.

Services & Offers

I have four main offers, designed for different seasons and needs:

  • Find Your Rhythm Call — A 55-minute, no-pressure discovery session to figure out what kind of support actually fits your brain and your life. $100, and it credits toward Rhythm Reset if you move forward.
  • Strong As A Bear — A monthly prenatal and postnatal training membership for neurospicy moms who are trying to conceive, pregnant, or within the first year postpartum. Starts with a 12-week commitment to build your foundation, then switches to month-to-month. Built-in pauses for bedrest, labor, and postpartum recovery are included — your payments pause right along with your program. $350/month.
  • Rhythm Reset — A 12-week private 1:1 holistic health coaching program built around the B.E.A.R.S.Y. method. For moms who are done starting over. $2,200 (payment plans available).
  • Momentum Membership — Monthly coaching support for Rhythm Reset graduates who want to protect the rhythm they built. $150/month.

There's also an app-based coaching option available — ask me about it during your Find Your Rhythm Call.

Start with the Find Your Rhythm Call. That's what it's there for — not to pitch you on something, but to have an honest conversation about where you are and what actually makes sense.

If you already have a sense of what you're looking for, the offer descriptions on my Services page can help you narrow it down.

No. I'm a certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Health Coach — not a physician or licensed medical provider. I don't diagnose, prescribe, or order labs.

What I do is work alongside your existing care team. If your doctor has given you guidance, we build around it. If something comes up that's outside my scope, I'll tell you clearly and help point you in a direction that makes more sense.

Not currently. My work is intentionally private and 1:1 — because a neurospicy brain doesn't need more content to consume. It needs someone who actually knows them.

Group formats also tend to introduce scheduling pressure and social performance anxiety that work against the population I serve. That's not a judgment — it's just a structural reality I've thought through carefully.

Inside Strong As A Bear, pauses are built in — not an exception you have to negotiate. If your doctor orders bedrest, or you go into labor, your program and your payments pause immediately. No awkward conversations, no losing your spot, no starting over. Life happened. We pause. When you're ready, we pick back up.

This isn't an afterthought. It's part of how the program was designed — because pregnancy and postpartum are unpredictable by nature, and a plan that doesn't account for that isn't really a plan.

Yes, within the scope of my certifications. I hold a Precision Nutrition credential and work with clients on building sustainable, low-friction eating patterns that support their brain and their body — without calorie obsession, food rules, or diet culture thinking.

I don't create medical nutrition therapy plans or work with eating disorders as a primary clinical focus. If that's what you need, I can help connect you with the right support. I am not a Registered Dietician.

My Approach & Philosophy

Most wellness programs were built for neurotypical brains with predictable schedules, consistent energy, and the executive function to follow a plan without friction. Then they got sold to everyone as universal truth.

My work starts somewhere different. We begin with your brain, your patterns, and your real life — and build from there. Flexibility isn't a nice-to-have. It's the foundation. I also coach the whole person: your nervous system, your mental load, your relationship with your body, and the habits that hold everything together on the hard days.

It's the coaching framework I use inside the Rhythm Reset program, built around six phases that move you from grounded and clear to sustainable and yours:

  • B — Breathe & Begin: Slow down before we speed up. Get clear on where you actually are.
  • E — Explore & Establish: Understand your patterns and build your first real habits.
  • A — Align & Adjust: Assess what's working and refine — because the first draft is never the final draft.
  • R — Reflect & Rebuild: Look at how far you've come and rebuild anything that needs a new approach.
  • S — Sustain & Support: Make your habits friction-low enough to survive your hardest weeks.
  • Y — Your Ongoing Rhythm: Leave with something that actually belongs to you.

It's also named after my Pomeranian, Bear — because he earned it, and we love him.

That depends on what you mean by results.

If you mean a lighter mental load, more clarity around your habits, and fewer shame spirals — some clients notice that within the first few weeks. If you mean physical changes like strength, energy, and body composition — those build over time and depend on a lot of individual factors.

Sustainable results are slower than people want and more durable than they expect. Think season, not sprint.

Yes, and I encourage it. My role is to complement your medical team — not compete with it. If your OB, midwife, therapist, or prescribing physician has given you guidance, we work within it.

If something comes up that warrants a referral or a conversation with another provider, I'll say so directly.

The wellness industry has made a lot of money convincing people that their body is a problem to be solved. I'm not interested in participating in that.

I believe in supporting your body — through protein, hydration, movement, and rest — in a way that's sustainable, shame-free, and rooted in how you actually feel. If weight changes happen as a result, great. If they don't, the work was still worth doing.

And while we're at it: I loathe the BMI chart. It was never designed as a health tool — it was designed as a population statistic — and using it to measure an individual's worth or wellness is, in my very professional opinion, a deeply unhelpful practice. Your body tells a much richer story than a ratio ever could.

The scale is one data point. A pretty limited one, at that.

Expectations

It depends on the offer — but across the board, I'm not looking for perfect attendance or flawless execution. I'm looking for genuine engagement and a willingness to keep coming back, even when the week was hard.

Inside Rhythm Reset, that means showing up for your weekly calls, checking in through the app, and being honest about what's working and what isn't. Inside Strong As A Bear, it means completing your weekly check-ins and communicating when your body or circumstances shift. Consistency here doesn't mean doing everything right — it means staying in the conversation.

That's worth getting honest about before we start. Coaching works when you're ready to engage — not necessarily ready to be perfect, but ready to try.

If you're in a season where survival mode is genuinely all you've got, the first step might just be the Find Your Rhythm Call — a no-pressure conversation to figure out what, if anything, makes sense right now.

Coaching clients have access to me through the 1st Phorm app — and I'm genuinely responsive within business hours. But I want to be upfront: I'm not an emergency resource, and I'm not able to provide medical advice via DM.

What I can do is help you think through what's going on, support you in getting clarity, and flag when something needs a different kind of professional attention.

No — and please don't take that the wrong way. My Instagram is where I show up to educate, normalize, and build trust. It's not a place where I can responsibly assess your individual situation, your health history, or your needs.

If something I post resonates and you want to take a next step, the Find Your Rhythm Call is the right place for that conversation.

No, and I'm cautious of anyone in this space who does.

What I can guarantee is consistent, expert support; a program built around your actual brain and life; and a coach who will be honest with you — even when the honest thing is "this isn't working, let's try something different."

Your results depend on your engagement, your season of life, and factors that are genuinely outside both our control. I show up fully. I need you to show up too.

Investment & Logistics

  • Find Your Rhythm Call: $100 (credits toward Rhythm Reset if you move forward)
  • Strong As A Bear: $350/month (12-week minimum commitment, then month-to-month)
  • Rhythm Reset: $2,200 in full, or $800 down + two payments of $700
  • Momentum Membership: $150/month (for Rhythm Reset graduates)

The 1st Phorm Premium app is required for most coaching offers and is billed separately at $159/year directly through 1st Phorm.

Yes. Rhythm Reset is available as a payment plan: $800 down, followed by two payments of $700. And if you've already had a Find Your Rhythm Call, that $100 credits directly toward your Rhythm Reset total.

If the full investment isn't where you are right now, you can always start with app-based coaching — it's the lowest-friction entry point to get you moving and have me in your corner while you figure out what's next. Just a heads up: app-based coaching isn't a fit for pregnant or postpartum clients — Strong As A Bear is where you want to be during that season.

I don't offer sliding scale pricing, but I do believe in making the path forward as clear as possible — including being honest if now isn't the right financial moment.

No. Health coaching is not covered by insurance, and I'm not a licensed medical provider.

If you have an HSA or FSA account, some clients are able to use those funds — but please verify with your plan provider before assuming eligibility.

You'll fill out a short intake questionnaire before we meet — so we start at depth, not from scratch. Then we spend 55 minutes in a real conversation: where you are, what you've tried, what's gotten in the way, and whether my approach is a genuine fit for your brain and your life.

I'll give you an honest assessment of whether I can help. If I can, we'll talk through what that looks like. If I can't, I'll say so and do my best to point you somewhere that makes sense.

Either way, you'll leave with something real. Within 24 business hours, a written summary of your call is delivered to your Practice Better portal.

No. You can book the Find Your Rhythm Call directly through my website. No referral, no waitlist, no hoops.

Collaborations & Speaking

Yes — this is something I genuinely enjoy. I'm available for podcast conversations, panel discussions, and interviews on topics including neurodivergent-affirming wellness, prenatal and postnatal fitness, breaking all-or-nothing health cycles, and the intersection of executive dysfunction and habit formation.

Reach out at info@lscoaching.me with a brief overview of your audience and the conversation you have in mind.

I'm open to conversations with aligned professionals and organizations — particularly those serving perinatal care, neurodivergent communities, or maternal health. Referral partnerships, collaborative content, and speaking are all possibilities.

If you're a healthcare provider, doula, therapist, or wellness professional who works with moms, I'd love to connect.
