Work With Me

My Coaching Can Help With…

If you’ve been doing “all the right things” and still feel like something’s not clicking, you’re not alone—and you’re not broken.
My holistic coaching supports women navigating:

  • Constant fatigue, even after a full night’s sleep

  • Executive dysfunction that makes routines hard to follow

  • Hormonal imbalances, chronic stress, or gut issues

  • Overwhelm, masking, and emotional burnout

  • Weight that won’t budge no matter what you try

  • Feeling like you’ve lost yourself in the chaos of motherhood

This is support that meets your body and your brain where they are—without judgment, overwhelm, or unrealistic expectations.

Holistic support that meets your nervous system where it is—with services designed to reduce burnout, not add to it.

What to Expect:

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan. It’s support built around your brain, your body, and your bandwidth.

My approach blends intuitive coaching with evidence-based strategies that honor your nervous system—not fight against it. Every session is rooted in compassion, flexibility, and deep respect for your lived experience.

Depending on your needs and goals, we may use:

  • Neurodivergent-friendly routine building – We co-create systems that work with your executive function, energy cycles, and sensory needs.

  • Nervous system-aware coaching – Grounded in my PN certification, this includes tools for stress, sleep, and recovery support so you’re not running on empty.

  • Shame-free movement and nutrition guidance – No food rules, no fitness guilt. Just sustainable choices that nourish your body and feel doable long-term.

  • Mindset and identity reclamation – We make space to explore the “you” beyond burnout, beyond motherhood, and beyond the noise.

This is coaching that meets you where you are—and helps you build a life that actually works for you.

FAQs

  • That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Start with a free 30-minute discovery call—we’ll talk through where you’re at, what you’re struggling with, and what kind of support would feel best. No pressure. Just clarity.

  • Great question. The app has two versions, and to work with me, you’ll need the Premium level. But more importantly—I want to make sure you’re getting the right kind of support. A quick clarity call helps us figure out whether app coaching is a good fit and whether you actually need the optional add-ons like Meal Prep or Sleep, Stress & Recovery support. No pressure—just making sure you’re not signing up for more (or less) than you need.

  • That’s one of the most common concerns I hear. My coaching is intentionally designed to reduce pressure, not add to it. We move at your pace, and I always consider your executive function, energy, and capacity. You’ll never be expected to “hustle” your way through healing here.

  • You’re not the problem—those programs just weren’t built for your brain. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all system. We co-create routines that actually work with how you operate. Every session is personalized, flexible, and shame-free. If something isn’t working, we pivot—not guilt-trip.

  • Yes. This work was built for you. We create systems that are neurodivergent-friendly, meaning they’re flexible, forgiving, and tailored to your unique brain. No rigid routines. No shame for being “inconsistent.” Just real progress that feels doable.

  • Nope. I don’t do rigid food rules. If nutrition is part of your focus, we’ll create a sustainable plan that fits your sensory needs, time, and budget. I offer gentle guidance—not restriction. You’re always in charge of your food choices.

  • Life happens. Kids get sick, spoons run out, and overwhelm creeps in. I build in flexibility and grace for all of that. We can reschedule when needed, and I’ll always help you get back on track without judgment.

  • Currently, no. My services are private pay only. However, many clients find that the investment pays off in less burnout, better energy, and a greater sense of control over their health—which often reduces other medical costs and stress in the long run.

  • Easy—just book a free discovery call. We’ll chat about where you are, what’s not working, and what kind of support you’re looking for. From there, we’ll find the option that fits best. If it’s not a good match, I’ll still point you in a helpful direction.
