What is Private 1:1 Coaching?
Private 1:1 Coaching is a 12-week high-touch coaching experience designed for neurospicy moms who need real support, not more pressure.
We meet weekly to build routines that fit your brain, your body, and your bandwidth. Whether you’re navigating executive dysfunction, chronic fatigue, or just feeling lost in the shuffle, this service helps you reset with compassion and steady momentum.
If you’re ready to feel more energized, capable, and in control, without forcing yourself into a rigid plan, this is for you.

How It Works
Step 1: Apply
Fill out a short application so we can make sure this is the right fit for your goals, your needs, and your brain. If it feels aligned, I’ll follow up within 3 business days with next steps.
Step 2: Strategy Session
We’ll start with a 60–90 minute deep dive on a Tuesday. This is where we map out your goals, name what’s been getting in the way, and build a flexible plan around your body, your brain, and your bandwidth.
Step 3: Weekly Coaching
For the next 11 weeks, we meet one-on-one for a 50-minute coaching session each week. You’ll get support, gentle accountability, and space to pivot as needed because real life happens, and we plan for that here.

That’s okay. Life happens and this offer is built with that in mind. Sessions can be rescheduled with notice, and every step of this process is designed to flex with your real life, not punish you for being human.

Nope. In fact, we don’t do that here. We build routines one doable step at a time at your pace. Small shifts, steady support, and zero pressure.

Absolutely. If you’re using tools like GLP-1s or other medical supports, you’re welcome here. I respect your autonomy and meet you where you are, without shame or judgment.

Around week 10, we’ll check in and talk through what kind of support feels right moving forward. Some clients continue with another round of coaching, while others shift into a lighter accountability option. There’s no pressure, just a conversation that honors your needs and your season.
