Personal Trainer & Holistic Health Coach for Neurospicy Moms

My Mission
Most wellness spaces were designed for neurotypical people with predictable schedules, consistent energy, and unlimited bandwidth. If that's not you — you've probably spent years blaming yourself for not fitting into systems that were never built for you in the first place.
I'm here to change that. My mission is to give neurospicy moms flexible, neurodivergent-affirming health coaching that actually works — so you can stop starting over and start building something that genuinely belongs to you.
The wellness industry wasn't built for your brain. I'm here to change that.
I've lived what many of my clients are just starting to name.
Chronic migraines. Food that hurt instead of helped. A body that nobody could quite explain — and a system that kept handing me labels instead of answers.
At 12, I was diagnosed with Disordered Eating. What nobody connected at the time — what took years and a lot of hard work to understand — was that it was part of something bigger. My nervous system was doing exactly what traumatized nervous systems do: finding ways to cope, to control, to survive. The C-PTSD came later as a diagnosis. The experience of living inside it had been there all along.
That was my first lesson in what it feels like to be failed by a system that wasn't built for you.
It wouldn't be my last.
Years later, my second child started struggling — allergies, eczema, migraines that felt achingly familiar. Then in 2021, she was hospitalized and diagnosed with Crohn's disease. It was terrifying. It was also, in the strangest way, a relief. We finally had a name for something real. And armed with that, I started connecting dots that nobody had ever connected for me.
An elimination diet changed everything — for both of us. And the gut-brain connection I'd been living inside of for decades finally had language.
Today, I'm a 41-year-old mom of four autistic kids, living in sunny Florida with ADHD, MCAS, and C-PTSD. Our home runs on sensory accommodations, a whole lot of grace, and the hard-won understanding that our brains and bodies don't follow a standard rulebook — and they were never supposed to.
What changed everything for me wasn't a better plan or more willpower. It was finally understanding the deep connection between food, the gut, and the brain. It was learning to stop fighting my body and start listening to it. It was letting go of the scale as a measure of my worth and paying attention to how I actually feel — my energy, my strength, my HRV, my capacity to show up for the people I love.
I fell in love with lifting heavy. With riding my bike. With running — and eventually racing in Duathlons, which is exactly as chaotic and joyful as it sounds. I stopped chasing skinny and started chasing strong. And somewhere in that shift, I found myself again.
Now I help other neurospicy moms do the same.
Not with rigid protocols or perfect plans. With flexible, shame-free, nervous-system-safe coaching that was built to work with your brain — not demand you override it. Because I know what it's like to be handed a system that wasn't made for you and told to just try harder. And I know how much changes when you finally find support that actually fits.
Bear, my Pomeranian and full-time coworker, has been beside me through most of this journey — morally supporting every coaching call from approximately six inches away. He's the heart behind the B.E.A.R.S.Y. method and takes his responsibilities very seriously. Usually from my lap.
The system was never built for us. So I built something that was.
My Story
What I've Trained For — and Why It Matters to You
Credentials only mean something if they translate into better support for the person sitting across from you. Here's what I've studied, why I pursued it, and how it shows up in the work we do together.
-
I hold my Master Certified Trainer certification through ISSA — which encompasses personal training, sports nutrition, online coaching, strength and conditioning, and group exercise. I'm also a certified Battleropes Coach and Kettlebell Coach through NESTA. In plain terms: I know how to build a training plan that's safe, effective, and actually appropriate for your body — whether you're pregnant, postpartum, or simply trying to figure out what movement looks like for your brain on a hard week.
-
I hold my GGS-1 Women's Coaching Specialist certification and my Certified Pre- & Postnatal Coach certification through Girls Gone Strong — one of the most respected organizations in evidence-based women's fitness. Pregnancy and postpartum aren't afterthoughts in my coaching. They're a specialization I trained specifically for.
-
I'm a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist through NASM and hold my Level 1 Nutrition Certification through Precision Nutrition — the gold standard in behavior-based nutrition coaching. I also hold PN's Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery Coaching certification, because food is only one piece of the picture. How you rest, how you recover, and how your nervous system is doing matters just as much as what's on your plate.
-
This is where things get a little different from your average personal trainer. I'm a certified Behavior Change Specialist through NASM, an NLP Practitioner through iNLP Center, and a Certified Holistic Health Coach through LHHI. I'm currently completing my NLP Master Certification and Certified Life Coach certification — after which I'll be eligible to sit for my ICF licensing exam.
What this means for you: I don't just build workout plans. I understand why habits form and break, how your nervous system responds to stress and change, and what it actually takes to shift patterns that have been running on autopilot for years. For a neurospicy brain navigating the chaos of motherhood, that's not a bonus. That's the whole point.
-
I'm also a certified Youth Exercise Specialist through NASM — because when you're parenting neurospicy kids, sometimes the whole family needs to move, and I want to be equipped to support that too.
-
I hold my Online Trainer certification through the Online Trainer Academy — the industry standard for delivering coaching that's actually effective in a remote setting. The way we work together is intentional, structured, and built for real life — not just a PDF dropped in your inbox and a wave goodbye.
My credentials are extensive — but what matters most isn't the list. It's that every single certification I've pursued was chosen because it made me better equipped to support you — your brain, your body, and your season of life.
This is a no-shame, no-judgment, no-one-size-fits-all zone.
You are welcome here — exactly as you are, exactly where you are — regardless of race, ethnicity, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, body size, disability, or neurodivergence.
Inclusion isn't a policy here. It's the foundation everything else is built on.
And if there's ever a way I can show up better for you, I genuinely want to know.
