Here's what to expect before your call.
Check your email and texts
You'll receive a confirmation with your video call link via both email and SMS. Keep an eye out — that link is how we connect. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Check your Practice Better portal — you've been enrolled in client onboarding
You'll find a short client onboarding course waiting for you in your portal. It's not mandatory, but it's there to make sure you're set up and ready to roll before we connect. It covers everything you need to know — including how to upload any required forms directly to your portal.

If you're currently pregnant or in your first year postpartum, scroll down. There are two forms that are part of getting started with Strong As A Bear — your onboarding course will show you exactly how to upload them to your portal.
