FAQs
What if I fall behind or miss a session?
Life happens and I expect it to. Coaching is built to work with your real life, not against it. If you miss a session, we’ll reschedule or shift focus so you can rejoin without guilt. There’s no “start over” here just pick back up where you are.
Do I have to change everything all at once?
Nope. In fact, I don’t want you to. Big changes rarely stick, especially for neurodivergent brains. We’ll focus on one small, sustainable shift at a time building momentum without burnout
I’m using GLP-1 medication. Can I still do this?
Absolutely. Coaching is designed to support your habits, mindset, and lifestyle — no matter what tools or treatments you’re using. You’ll always stay within your doctor’s care plan, and we’ll focus on complementary strategies like routine, energy, and self-trust.
Will I have to give up foods I enjoy?
No guilt, no restriction, no “good” or “bad” foods. We’ll work on nourishing your body in a way that feels realistic and enjoyable. You’ll learn how to make balanced choices most of the time and enjoy your favorites without spiraling into all-or-nothing thinking.
What if I’ve tried coaching before and it didn’t help?
That’s actually really common. The difference here is that I use a brain-friendly approach rooted in how your nervous system and motivation patterns work. It’s not about more willpower it’s about designing strategies that finally make sense for your brain.
Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?
Not at all. Whether you’re formally diagnosed, self-identify as neurodivergent, or just know traditional methods haven’t worked for you, you’re welcome here. Coaching meets you where you are, labels or not.
I’m already overwhelmed. Will this feel like another thing on my to-do list?
Nope. My job is to make life feel easier, not heavier. We’ll start small and build support systems that fit your existing routine. You’ll get permission to move at your own pace with no pressure to “keep up.”
What happens after 12 weeks?
You’ll have the option to continue inside the Momentum Membership a monthly coaching space for Rhythm Reset graduates who want to keep their rhythm steady. If you’re ready to fly solo, you’ll still leave with the tools, structure, and self-trust to maintain your progress.
